Monopol Policrete 100 — polyurethane-cement primer for food production
Three-component polyurethane-cement primer for all Policrete systems at food, pharmaceutical and chemical facilities; adhesion above 4.3 MPa.

Epoxy 4W AS forms the conductive layer in an antistatic polyurethane-cement system together with Monopol Policrete 306 AS. The primer is applied to a ground substrate pre-treated with Policrete 100, over the laid copper tape, and spread with velour rollers. Surface resistance is below 10⁶ Ω per GOST IEC 61340-4-1-2017, and foot traffic is possible after 3–5 hours. It is used in cleanrooms, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, medicine and at production sites handling explosive substances.
