OGNEZA-GT intumescent fire-protective sealant
OGNEZA-GT is a one-component grey acrylic paste that expands when heated from approximately 200 °C. It is used to seal cable penetrations, joints in walls and floors, and expansion joints between concrete elements inside fire-hazardous premises. Fire resistance is up to 150 minutes; certificates under TR EAEU 043/2017 are issued for 60 and 150 minutes. Movement capability is ±20 %, the operating range is from −40 to +120 °C, and the service life is at least 10 years. Voids in the opening are filled with mineral wool.
