QTP® 2640 (2640 F, 2640 G) — polyurethane-cement for heavy loads
Heat- and chemical-resistant polyurethane-cement for areas of extra-heavy mechanical and chemical exposure, continuously up to +130 °C.

Besides serving as a finish coat over epoxy coatings, this version of the chemical-resistant clear varnish acts as a pore filler in highly filled systems. The coating is wear-resistant: Taber abrasion is 56 mg and Shore D hardness 82. Compressive strength is 78 MPa and tensile strength 55 MPa. It is supplied as a 12.4 kg kit and keeps for 12 months.
