QTP® 2640 (2640 F, 2640 G) — polyurethane-cement for heavy loads

Polyurethane-cement floors

This polyurethane-cement compound is designed for areas of extra-heavy mechanical and chemical exposure and withstands up to +130 °C continuously and up to +150 °C for up to 12 h. It is used for priming, levelling, self-levelling, highly filled and paint finish coatings, including slip-resistant ones. Version F gains strength faster — foot traffic is possible after 3 h at +20 °C instead of 6 h — while version G gives a semi-gloss surface. Adhesion to concrete is more than 3 MPa, with failure in the concrete.
