Among BIRSS epoxy primers this one stands out for containing no solvent at all: the non-volatile content is at least 99 %. It is applied under self-levelling floors and used as a binder for repair and filler compounds. The substrate must be at +15…+30 °C with moisture not more than 4 %; further work and walking are possible after 8–12 h, full cure after 5 days.
