BIRSS 67 Shpurovaya — non-shrink injection compound for anchors and cracks

Low viscosity and high flowability distinguish BIRSS 67 Shpurovaya, a powdered polymer-mineral composite based on cement with 50 µm aggregate. It is used to prepare non-shrink grouting and injection mortars for fixing anchors, injecting cracks, strengthening concrete and masonry structures, grouting bearings during equipment installation, and stabilising soils and foundations. There is no sedimentation after 120 minutes, water retention is at least 98 %, compressive strength 20 MPa after 24 hours and 60 MPa at 28 days.
