Cementitious grouts

A cementitious grout is a non-shrink mix of pourable consistency: once mixed with water, it flows under a base plate or into formwork and fills the gap without voids. Grout fixes equipment in its design position, fills joints of precast reinforced concrete solid and embeds anchors and rebar starters.

  • general-purpose grouts for machine tools, presses, pumps, compressors and bearings of columns and bridges;
  • high-strength products of 100–110 MPa, including grades for wind turbine towers, turbines and generators;
  • steel-fibre mixes;
  • ultra-rapid-hardening grouts for installation on tight schedules and winter grades that harden at temperatures as low as −25 °C;
  • mixes for anchoring in small gaps, drill-hole and injection mortars, an expansive binder and a grout for the rail slab of ballastless track.

In your request, state the equipment type, the grout height, the nature of the loads and the temperature during installation.
