Of the Graut grouts, only REKS® Graut 3.0 is rapid-setting: after 40 minutes it reaches at least 3 MPa in compression, after 1 hour 8 MPa and after 2 hours 15 MPa. The fibre-reinforced non-shrink highly flowable mortar fixes cables and pipelines in chases in concrete, brick and stone, grouts joints in precast reinforced concrete, and is used to repair hydraulic structures and replace sleepers and sleeper blocks in track concrete. Class R4 per GOST R 56378, from 45 MPa in compression at 28 days, bond to the substrate at least 2.5 MPa.
