REKS® Fiks Epo T/VN 100 — high-strength epoxy grout with freeze-thaw resistance F1 500
The high-strength version of the three-component grout Fiks Epo T/VN, REKS® Fiks Epo T/VN 100, reaches at least 80 MPa in compression after one day in flowable and plastic consistency and 75 MPa in thixotropic, and after 7 days 90, 90 and 85 MPa. It is based on modified epoxy resin with an amine hardener, and the consistency is set by the (A+B):C ratio from 1:2 to 1:4. The compound is used for base plates and bridge bearings, mechanical connections, screeds for very high loads, rails in sleeperless track and anchoring; freeze-thaw resistance F1 500.
