Epoxy grouts

In an epoxy grout, a resin with a hardener does the work of cement: together with mineral filler it cures into a dense high-strength mass. Such products are chosen for equipment with dynamic loads — generators, turbines, compressors, engines and pumps — as well as for bridge bearings, rails on sleeperless track and cases where the assembly has to take load within a day.

• three-component grouts whose consistency — flowable, plastic or thixotropic — is set by the filler proportion;
• a highly filled cold-curing product for pouring deep anchor pockets for large anchor bolts;
• two-component non-shrink grouts under columns, equipment and bridge bearings;
• a multi-purpose epoxy product for anchoring bars, bolts and barrier posts, base plates and rails.

To choose, name the equipment, the base plate dimensions, the gap height and the service temperature of the assembly.
