QTP® 1040 AS — chemical-resistant conductive epoxy self-levelling floor
Conductive epoxy finish with enhanced chemical resistance for protecting electronic equipment against discharges of up to 5 kV.

The antistatic system with this finish is built up as follows: QTP 1000 primer, copper tape, QTP 3010 AS static-conductive primer and a self-levelling polyurethane layer. The coating’s electrical resistance is 10⁶ Ω, Shore D hardness 69 and elongation 89 %. Continuous heat resistance is up to +50 °C, and up to +100 °C for up to 12 h. Foot traffic is possible after 16 h at +20 °C.
