Polyurethane floors

This coating of specified hardness — Shore D from 35 to 45 — is designed for impacts and vibration, so it is used in sports halls, at stadiums and outdoor sports grounds, in medical institutions, industrial premises with vibration loads, and on the floors of vans and trailers. The substrate may be rubber crumb, concrete, sand concrete, wood or metal. Elongation at break is 60 %, compressive strength 42 MPa, fire hazard class KM2.

Concrete at least M200, cured for at least 28 days, moisture not more than 4 wt%, evenness – not more than 4 mm under a 2 m straightedge, slope not more than 0.5%, screed separated from walls by a damping strip, movement joints to be repeated in the coating; relative air humidity not more than 80%, dew point +3°C. Spread with a squeegee rake with a notched blade or a notched trowel.
