Epoxy floors

This two-component solvent-free epoxy paint gives a coloured coating with a gloss of 80–82 % for shopping centres, shops, restaurants, medical institutions, car parks, warehouses and workshops. It is poured in a snake pattern and spread crosswise with a roller over a substrate primed with Elakor primers: concrete from M200, sand concrete, levelling compounds, metal and plastic. Compressive strength is 80 MPa, flexural strength 41 MPa, Shore D hardness 75–77; base colour is grey RAL 7040, and floors of this line are permitted at food and pharmaceutical plants.

Application methodPaint-on epoxy floors, decorative floors with chips/glitter/flakes, quartz and anti-slip coatings on concrete, sand concrete, levelling compounds, metal, plastic (pre-primed with Elakor primers). Concrete at least M200, cured for at least 28 days, moisture not more than 4 wt%, relative air humidity not more than 80%, surface 3°C above the dew point. Pour in a “snake” pattern, spread crosswise with a “Nylon” roller (12 mm nap); trowel – only by professionals.
