Epoxy floors

Epostoun-Ultra gives a gloss coating that withstands water and fuels and lubricants for 240 h. The enamel is laid over Epoksol water-epoxy primer-impregnation on freshly laid concrete with moisture up to 15 % or old concrete of at least M250; it is used indoors and outdoors under cover, out of direct sunlight. The coating is vapour-permeable, odourless and free of organic solvents, and reaches final strength in 7 days.

Substrate: compressive strength at least 20 MPa, pull-off strength at least 1 MPa, moisture 14–15 %; grinding. Pour component A into component B; thinning with water; roller for rough surfaces; mixing and application — within 1.5–2 h at 20 °C; second coat no earlier than after 20 h and no later than after 48 h. Indoors and outdoors under cover, out of direct sunlight.
