Epoxy floors

The fast version of Epolast is intended for sites where downtime must be kept to a minimum: food and pharmaceutical production, car repair shops, hangars, garages and car parks. The compound is laid over Epoksol-2MS SPRINT fast-drying primer at not below +5 °C and dries to degree 3 in no more than 2 h. Solids content is 99 %, the coating is resistant to water, petrol, alkali and acids, service range −50…+80 °C.

Application methodOver Epoksol-2MS SPRINT fast-drying primer (concrete at least M250). Substrate: compressive strength at least 20 MPa, pull-off strength at least 1.5 MPa, moisture not more than 4 %; grinding. No thinning; mixing, application and rolling with a spiked roller — within 15–20 min at 20 °C. Up to 1 mm — notched trowel/squeegee; 2–3 mm — squeegee with adjustable gap, steel trowel. Can be laid on concrete, rigid metal and timber structures.
