Proteksil-2MS — two-component polyurethane primer-impregnation
This two-component impregnation with an aliphatic hardener penetrates concrete up to 10 mm, dustproofs it and increases adhesion and water resistance. It is used as a base coat under Polimerstoun-2, Polimerstoun-2 SLIM, SLIM (UV) and Teksipol-2 Ekspert “Bystry Pol”, and indoors with low-intensity use as a standalone coating. The pot life of the mix is at least 6 h, recoat drying 60 min.

| Application method | Any concrete floors, including old and low-grade concrete. Substrate: compressive strength at least 20 MPa, pull-off strength at least 1.5 MPa, moisture not more than 4 %; grinding. After mixing, let stand for 10–15 min and stir again; no thinning; roller for rough surfaces. Temporary protection — 2–3 coats, under paint — 1–2 coats, recoat drying 60 min; as a base coat before primer and enamel — full drying 1–3 days. Air from +5 to +30 °C, humidity not above 80 %.
