WETISOL INSEAL 150 is a cementitious dry mix with chemically active additives that crystallise in the pores and microcracks of concrete and give a self-healing effect. It is applied to new and old concrete and reinforced concrete structures from inside or outside, regardless of the side of water pressure: foundations, basements, underground car parks, tanks, wastewater treatment plants, dams, bridges, tunnels. The watertightness grade of treated concrete rises by at least 3 steps, while the concrete retains its vapour permeability. The mix is resistant to aggressive media, petroleum products and sea water.

Application methodclean the surface of dirt, paint coatings, lime, efflorescence, laitance and petroleum products; open up defects and static cracks and repair them with LEVL RemTixo compounds; soak the substrate generously; water : mix = 0.20–0.25 : 1 (1.00–1.25 kg of water per 5 kg, 3.00–3.75 kg per 15 kg), mix with a drill at up to 400 rpm with an auger paddle to a creamy consistency without lumps; apply with a scrubbing brush, stiff brush or plaster sprayer, rubbing in: horizontal surfaces — 1 coat, vertical surfaces — 2 coats, the second after 2–4 h perpendicular to the first; cut-off of capillary rise between a concrete foundation and a wall of porous materials: a water:mix = 1:1 slurry is poured through a funnel into holes flushed with water, caulking with LEVL RemTixo Rapid; effective only on cement-containing substrates (weakly — on concretes with microsilica and polymer concretes, not applicable to gypsum and lime mortars)
