Khimtrast KhimGermet PU (2K) polyurethane joint sealant — UV-resistant
Two-component polyurethane sealant for joints and cracks in concrete, metal, PVC and wood; resistant to UV and temperature changes from −60 to +70 °C.

Its water base makes KhimGermet A (1K) easy to work with: the sealant tolerates a damp substrate without droplets, and tools are cleaned with water. It is used to seal joints, gaps, seams and cracks in vertical and inclined structures made of concrete, foam concrete, brick, plaster, metal, PVC and wood, and in horizontal ones — without direct mechanical load; it is not intended for expansion joints of panel buildings. Elongation at break is at least 300%, and a surface skin forms in no more than 30 min.
