PLASTGUARD 500 — profiled membrane for foundations

With a compressive strength of 280 kPa, the PLASTGUARD 500 membrane protects foundation waterproofing and distributes the load on the base. The high-density polyethylene sheet with cone-shaped studs serves as a protective drainage layer and is not waterproofing in itself. Maximum tensile force is 280 N/50 mm along the roll, flexibility is retained down to −50 °C, and water absorption is not more than 1%. The sheets are joined with an overlap, using PLASTGUARD joining tapes if necessary; rolls — 20 × 2 m.
