PLASTFOIL POLAR — PVC membrane for winter roof installation
Reinforced PVC membrane for winter installation of flat roofs: laying at air temperatures not below −20 °C, foldability down to −40 °C.

The PLASTFOIL CLASSIC roofing membrane is reinforced with an in-house-made synthetic mesh coated with plasticised PVC on both sides. It is used on mechanically fastened flat roofs, including those on a cement-sand or prefabricated screed, and on ballasted roofs with non-continuous ballast. The sheets are rolled out with an overlap and welded with hot air using automatic equipment. Maximum tensile force is 1200 N/50 mm along the sheet, foldability is retained down to −35 °C, and UV ageing resistance is at least 5000 h.
