POLITON-UR — one-component polyurethane enamel
The one-pack polyurethane enamel POLITON-UR cures with atmospheric moisture and is applied at temperatures from −15 to +40 °C. In protective systems for steel structures, bridges, oil and gas facilities and marine structures it acts as an intermediate coat over TSINOTAN, TSINEP, TSVES with a POLITON-UR (UV) finish. As a finish it is used where there is no intense solar radiation. The coating is resistant to spills of petroleum products and to solutions of salts, acids and alkalis; there are certificates for systems with PLAMCOR-2 and PLAMCOR-3 fire protection.
