YARFAST®-0574 chemical-resistant primer-enamel — one-component silk-matt coating
One-component chemical-resistant primer-enamel for metal and reinforced concrete structures in chemical and petrochemical plants.

Metal surfaces exposed to hot alkalis are protected by EP-773 Khimtek enamel, produced to GOST 23143-83 on E-41 epoxy resin. In a 40 % potassium hydroxide solution at 100 °C the coating withstands at least 2 h (cream enamel) and at least 8 h (green). The enamel is applied by spraying, in hard-to-reach places by brush, over primed or unprimed metal; the pot life after adding the hardener is 24 h.
