Protekron — two-component zinc-rich epoxy primer
Sacrificial epoxy primer with zinc for steel structures in the atmosphere and at elevated humidity, more than 90 % non-volatile matter.

Epokron is an anticorrosive primer made of two components: pigments, fillers and modifiers in an epoxy resin solution plus an amine hardener. It is used on steel structures, bridges and pipelines in all climatic regions and placement categories per GOST 15150 and ISO 12944, including burial in soil; the Liteyny Bridge and the Shafirovsky overpass in Saint Petersburg were painted with the Epokron + Kronos-Deko system. The primer goes under polyurethane, acrylic-urethane and epoxy enamels and is applied at temperatures from −10 °C.
