Forpol-Nafta — polyurethane mastic for external insulation of underground gas pipelines
Spray-applied polyurea-urethane coating with 100 % solids for pipes and fittings of underground gas pipelines, service life at least 30 years.

The mastic was developed to the standard requirements of NII ZhT for JSC RZD facilities — bridge structures, tunnels, platforms and deck slabs; it has a VNIIZhT conclusion. It is a spray-applied two-component polyurea-urethane with 100 % solids that protects against corrosion and waterproofs at the same time: on concrete it is applied over the impregnating varnish “Eteral”, on metal over the primer “Forpol-Primer”. The coating dries to degree 3 in less than 5 min, the elongation is more than 100 %, and it is resistant to petroleum products, alkalis, acids and salt solutions.
