MASTIKOR — solvent-free spray polyurethane for pipes, valves and tanks

The solvent-free two-component polyurethane (polyisocyanate and a polyol base in a 1 : 1 ratio by volume) is sprayed with units with separate feed and heating of the components, in one coat “wet-on-wet”. MASTIKOR protects pipeline fittings, shut-off valves, underground tanks and vessels, pipes laid underground and underwater, and over the SK-BETON primer it serves as waterproofing for concrete and reinforced concrete. The coating works from −50 to +80 °C, adhesion to steel is at least 7.0 MPa, and the material is included in the OVP register of PJSC Transneft.
