Elcon Zintech cold galvanising compound — one-component zinc primer

Zinc-rich primers

The basic compound of the Zintech range: a one-component zinc-rich primer on modified epoxy ester resin with spherical and lamellar zinc. It provides sacrificial protection of ferrous metals in soil and atmosphere — steel structures, equipment, pipelines — and works on its own or as a primer; paired with Elcon AL topcoat enamel, the service life of the system according to climatic tests by NPO “Lakokraspokrytie” is 35 years. It is applied at temperatures from +5 °C to +30 °C.
