REKS GRAUT GP (VSM) — grout under the rail slab of ballastless high-speed track
Low-viscosity R4 cementitious mix for filling the space under the rail slab of ballastless track, machine bases and bolts; 70 MPa at 28 days.

REKS® Strukto R4 is designed for repairing structures that need rapid compressive strength gain: at least 30 MPa after one day and from 60 MPa after 28 days. The rapid-setting fibre-reinforced mortar restores concrete damaged by rebar corrosion, mechanical and impact loads or the reaction of cement alkalis with the aggregate in industrial buildings, tanks, treatment plants, tunnels and dams. The class R4 mortar per GOST R 56378 has been tested per GOST R 59935 for resistance in liquid acidic aggressive media; the aggregate size is 0.63 mm.
