Gidrobeton Nalivnoy-1 — pourable grout with fine crushed stone
Self-compacting cementitious mix for grouting equipment and steel structures, installing anchors and repair; 70 MPa compressive at 28 days.

In Gidrobeton SRG-2 the aggregate is graded quartz sand with a maximum size of 0.63 mm. The mix is applied with a trowel, spatula or mason’s trowel to a moistened surface, or mechanically by dry-mix shotcreting. The hardened mortar has a watertightness of at least 14 atmospheres, a compressive strength of at least 40 MPa, a bond to concrete of 1.5 MPa and a frost resistance of 200 cycles, and is used at temperatures from −60 to +130 °C.
