Gidrobeton SRG-2 — fine-grained waterproofing repair mortar
Fine-grained cementitious mix for repairing and waterproofing concrete by hand or by dry-mix shotcreting; watertightness at least 14 atmospheres.

Gidrobeton SV-1 is a rapid-hardening mix based on high-grade Portland cement and quartz sand up to 2.5 mm, placed into formwork or by the semi-dry screed method with compaction by vibration or rodding. It is used to repair deteriorated concrete and reinforced concrete structures and for high-strength screeds, including sloped screeds. The repair mortar class is R4: compressive strength at least 45 MPa at 28 days, flexural 10.0 MPa, watertightness W20, frost resistance F1 600.

| Use | floors, tanks and treatment plants |
| Base | dry mix: high-grade Portland cement, chemical admixtures, graded quartz sand up to 2.5 mm; rapid-hardening, non-shrink, high-strength compound |
| Colour | grey (free-flowing grey powder) |
| Application method | repair of deteriorated concrete and reinforced concrete structures, high-strength screeds, including sloped screeds; the substrate must be clean and sound: remove plaster, paint, whitewash, loose and delaminated concrete down to “sound” concrete (with a rotary hammer), dust, dirt and oils; clean exposed rebar of concrete around its full circumference for 20 mm and of rust; saturate the surface with water, remove the excess with a rag, treat the rebar with “Kalmatron-Adgeziv”; for bonding — “Ultralit-Grunt” primer or “Kalmatron-Adgeziv”; water 100–120 ml per 1 kg (2.5–3.0 l per 25 kg), mixing for 3–5 min, 5 min pause, remixing; adding water is prohibited; placing into formwork, including by the semi-dry screed method, with a trowel, spatula or mason’s trowel; compaction by vibration or rodding |
| Application temperature | not below +5 °C (mortar and substrate; in cold weather — warm water not above +35 °C) |
| Curing | moist curing for 3 days: wet with water every 3–4 h starting immediately after setting; protect from direct sun, rapid drying, draughts, temperature fluctuations and rain; the screed can be walked on after 12–24 h |
