Khimtrast Primer-PM 2K — solvent-free epoxy primer
Two-component epoxy primer for impregnating and strengthening concrete before polyurea; solvent-free, adhesion to concrete at least 2.5 MPa.
KhTA EP V3 is a two-component Khimtrast epoxy anchor in a 385 ml cartridge with a 3:1 component ratio; the components are mixed in a static mixer. The beige non-sag paste fixes M8–M30 threaded studs and rebar in cracked and non-cracked B25–B60 concrete, stone and brick, and post-installed rebar starters are permitted. The characteristic pull-out load in non-cracked B25 concrete ranges from 9.3 kN for M8 to 156.5 kN for M30; a technical certificate of the Ministry of Construction of Russia No. 7471-26 has been issued for the anchors.
