OGRAX-L3 tape-type fire collars

Penetration seals, joints and sealants

The OGRAX-L3 tape-type collar is installed inside a wall or floor slab: the tape is wrapped around a plastic pipe, in a steel sleeve if necessary, and secured with wire. The material is a flexible intumescent composition on silica fabric; expansion starts at +220 °C. The penetration through concrete or brick structures achieves a fire resistance rating of EI 180. The tape is resistant to water and petroleum products, works from −60 to +60 °C at 100% humidity and has a service life of at least 25 years.
