FIRECUP 4 fire-retardant paint for cable lines
Water-dispersion intumescent paint that prevents flame spread along the sheaths of single cables and cable bundles.

When steel structures need fire protection for 90 or 120 minutes, the FIRECUP series offers FIRECUP 2, which provides fire protection performance groups 3 and 2. The base is a water suspension with gas-forming fillers and pigments; in a fire the coating intumesces, turns into a cellular char mass and slows down the heating of the steel. Work is carried out at +5…+40 °C, the coating is used from −35 to +50 °C, the service life is from 10 years, the colour is white, and the bucket holds 20 kg.
