SHOV-AK-1 (fire-resistant system) for expansion joints (KrilaK)
Fire-resistant filling system for expansion joints in floors, roofs, walls and partitions, REI up to 240, for seismic areas.

For transport tunnels, KrilaK assembles a dedicated system: Monolit compound, galvanised reinforcing mesh with fasteners and an Akrilak Universal or Akrilak Finish topcoat tinted to RAL. It protects load-bearing reinforced concrete structures and tunnel vaults and walls; the fire resistance rating is REI up to 240, taking hydrocarbon fire into account. The coating is resistant to acid solutions. It is applied with robotic units, MIS-800, AK-800 or Putzmeister machines; the service life is at least 50 years.
