Ognelit® fire protection board for steel structures
Ognelit boards on a mineral binder with functional additives are fixed to the steel with self-tapping screws, leaving an air gap by means of spacers cut from the same boards. Installation does not depend on temperature and is possible in frost. The fire protection range is R45–R180, and the certificate confirms R 90–R 180. The board also serves a decorative function and is suitable for all types of buildings; the service life is at least 20 years.
