VBOR (MBOR) 5F–20F basalt fire protection roll material
VBOR (MBOR) roll material forms the basis of the IZOVENT and IZOVENT-M systems: a stitch-bonded mat of superfine basalt fibres without binder, faced with foil, reinforced foil or fibreglass fabric. The material itself is non-combustible (NG to GOST 30244-94), and together with PVK-2002 adhesive compound it provides fire resistance from 30 to 240 minutes. It is used on air ducts and steel structures and is fixed with steel wire banding, Manier mesh or adhesive. Without mechanical damage its service life is unlimited.
