Fire protection of steel structures

Five fire protection levels, 15, 45, 60, 90 and 120 minutes (groups VII to II to GOST R 53295), are covered by the one-component Defender MMT paint. Without a protective coat it is used in dry and normal premises with a non-aggressive or slightly aggressive environment; under a finishing coat, in humid premises, in moderately and highly aggressive environments, under a canopy and outdoors. The main application method is airless spraying with piston units, while brush and roller are reserved for repairs; work is possible at air temperatures from −25 °C provided the surface is not colder than +5 °C. Supplied in a 25 kg euro pail.
