Compressive strength is at least 40 MPa, flexural strength 8 MPa, bond strength to concrete 2 MPa, abrasion up to 0.7 g/cm². Works are carried out at +10…+25 °C and substrate moisture up to 5%, with site foot traffic after 8–10 hours.
