Polyurethane-cement floors

The coating is built up layer by layer: primer and intermediate PU-4OG layers broadcast with quartz sand, then a sealing layer — giving a waterproof anti-slip surface. Shore D hardness is at least 80, compressive strength 55 MPa, bond strength to concrete 2 MPa, and the upper service limit is up to +130 °C depending on the version. The system is resistant to chemical media and suits workshops, warehouses, car parks, food and pharmaceutical premises and outdoor areas.
