Dry-mix and wet-mix shotcreting are the application methods of BIRSS 53 SR, a fine-grained mix based on Portland cement with sand up to 5 mm and mineral fillers. It is used to repair structures and apply a protective layer to them, support walls and vaults of mine workings, build silos, cooling towers, towers and chimneys, construct reinforced concrete linings of tunnel shafts and waterproofing jackets, and strengthen hydraulic structures. Class R3; at 28 days at least 40 MPa in compression, modulus of elasticity 20,000 MPa, W12, F2 400.
