Thixotropic repair mortars

After 2 hours of hardening at +20 °C, the BIRSS 59 S2 M600 Moroz Uskorennaya mortar reaches 20 MPa in compression, after 4 hours 30 MPa, after one day 40 MPa and at 28 days 60 MPa. The mix with polymer microfibre is applied at temperatures from −10 to +25 °C to repair bridges and tunnels under dynamic loads, prestressed structures, port and hydraulic structures, and joints and potholes without formwork. Workability is retained for 15 minutes; class R4, bond to the substrate 2.5 MPa, W16.
