BIRSS 59 S1 M800 — high-strength pourable R4 mix for pavements and anchoring
Flowable non-shrink mix for repairing roads, bridges, industrial floors and anchoring equipment; 80 MPa in compression at 28 days.

UK-1 hardener is trowelled into freshly laid concrete with power trowels or by hand, producing a dense, wear-resistant top layer of the floor. The mix is based on graded quartz filler and high-strength Portland cement; the colour is grey and it can be tinted. The topping is designed for production halls, warehouses, garages, car parks, filling stations and railway stations, indoors and outdoors: abrasion 0.5 g/cm², frost resistance F2100, water impermeability W8. The manufacturer does not recommend the mix where it will be exposed to acids and salts.
