CarbonWrap® Tape 530/300 carbon tape — high-density tape

CarbonWrap Tape 530/300 is a high-density unidirectional tape on 24K carbon yarn, produced in 50 m rolls 300 mm wide. For high-density tapes the CarbonWrap system provides CarbonWrap Resin 530+ saturating resin, which is used to impregnate the tape and bond it to the substrate. The tensile strength of the fibre is more than 4.5 GPa, the modulus of elasticity more than 230 GPa and the elongation at break more than 1.5 %; the shelf life is 3 years from the date of manufacture.
