Composite strengthening

In the external reinforcement system, CarbonWrap Resin Laminate+ adhesive paste is used to bond CFRP laminates and steel plates, as well as to repair small defects and level the substrate before installation, to repair cracks and to install carbon rods. White component A and black component B are mixed at a ratio of 2:1 by weight to a uniform grey colour and applied with a spatula; no separate primer is required. The pot life is at least 60 min at 20 °C, the bond to concrete more than 2.5 MPa and the shear strength at least 12 MPa.
