CarbonWrap® Grid 260/1200 carbon grid — grid of 24K yarn

Composite strengthening

CarbonWrap Grid 260/1200 is made of 24K carbon yarn with a 10 × 20 mm mesh and supplied in 50 m rolls 1200 mm wide. It is used for external or internal reinforcement: the substrate is cleaned and dampened, a mineral-based repair mortar is applied, the grid is embedded in it before setting, and a covering layer is applied. The breaking strength is at least 2600 MPa in the longitudinal and 2100 MPa in the transverse direction; the fields of application are bridges and overpasses, tunnels and metro, tanks, columns and beams.
