CarbonWrap® Primer two-component epoxy primer — substrate preparation

CarbonWrap Primer is used where necessary: according to their data sheets, the saturating resins and adhesive of the system do not require a separate primer, while Primer serves to treat concrete, reinforced concrete, masonry and reinforced masonry surfaces before external reinforcement is installed. The primer is not used on damp, contaminated, oily, painted or crumbling substrates, or for temperature and shrinkage joints. The components are mixed 100:30 by weight; the pot life at 20 °C is at least 90 min, the bond to B30 concrete at least 2.5 MPa.
