CarbonWrap® Putty S two-component epoxy putty — summer version from +10 °C
Epoxy putty for levelling the substrate and repairing small defects and cracks before installing CarbonWrap at temperatures from +10 °C.
CarbonWrap Tape 230/300 carbon tape is the reinforcing element of the CarbonWrap composite strengthening system: it is impregnated and bonded to the structure with CarbonWrap Resin epoxy saturating resin. The fibres are laid in one direction (0°), the warp is 12K or 24K yarn and the weft is a hot-melt adhesive thread; the tensile strength of the fibre exceeds 4.5 GPa. The tape is used for repair, strengthening and seismic retrofitting of reinforced concrete, concrete, masonry, steel and timber structures, including those of complex geometry.

|---|---|
| Type | composite strengthening |
| Use | columns and beams |
| Base | unidirectional tape of high-strength carbon fibres (fibre direction 0°); weft — hot-melt adhesive thread; warp — 12K / 24K carbon yarn |
| Packaging | roll of 50 m, width 300 mm, 1 roll per cardboard box; sold by the roll |
| Application method | cutting to the design bonding layout on a clean, flat surface covered with protective film; cut with scissors or a sharp knife, wearing protective gloves; keep free of sand, dust, water, oils and solvents; do not fold the tape (the fibres break at the fold), it may be rolled up for transport; prevent splitting into strands and damage to the fibre; impregnation and bonding with CarbonWrap Resin epoxy saturating resin |
| Key properties | fibre direction 0°; warp yarn count 28 ± 1 / 14 ± 1 yarns per 10 cm (12K / 24K); weft yarn count 10 ± 1 yarns per 10 cm; fibre tensile strength > 4.5 GPa; fibre tensile modulus > 230 GPa; fibre elongation at break > 1.5 % |
| Shelf life | 3 years from the date of manufacture; after that — use after repeat tests for compliance with the TU |
