CarbonWrap® Grid 150/1200 carbon grid — reinforcement in repair mortar
CarbonWrap Grid 150/1200 is a grid of 12K carbon yarn with a 10 × 20 mm mesh that is embedded in a fresh mineral-based repair mortar, after which a covering layer is applied. This reinforcement is used on bridge structures, in tunnels, collectors and underground structures, on columns, silos and tanks, for seismic retrofitting and for the repair of historic buildings. The breaking strength of the grid is at least 2600 MPa longitudinally and 2100 MPa transversely; for use with the grid the manufacturer specifies CarbonWrap Repair ST and FS repair mortars.
