CarbonWrap® Resin 530+ two-component epoxy saturating resin, incl. “winter” version
Epoxy saturating resin for high-density carbon materials, for hand and machine impregnation; the “winter” version works from +10 °C.
For rapid restoration of surfaces the manufacturer offers CarbonWrap Repair FS non-shrink mix: after 1 day it reaches at least 30 MPa in compression, and at 28 days 50 MPa, with frost resistance F300 and water impermeability W10. The mortar with reinforcing fibres is suitable for concrete, reinforced concrete, masonry, reinforced masonry, brick, foam concrete and aerated concrete structures, including as a base for CarbonWrap Grid carbon grids. It works at pH from 4 to 13 and at constant temperatures up to +250 °C.
