CarbonWrap® Resin HT+ epoxy saturating resin (increased heat resistance) — up to 110 °C
Epoxy saturating resin for the CarbonWrap system on structures operating at 60–110 °C, including together with fire protection; adhesion above 2.5 MPa.
If the substrate cannot be dried, the CarbonWrap external reinforcement system is installed with Resin WS+ saturating resin: it is used only on damp concrete, reinforced concrete, masonry and metal surfaces, and under water. Carbon tapes and fabrics are impregnated with it by hand, and it also serves as the primer in the “wet” method; the components are mixed 2:1 by volume and by weight and applied by roller, spatula or brush. The pot life is at least 30 min at 20 °C, the bond to concrete at least 2.5 MPa, and resistance to oils is stated.
