CarbonWrap

CarbonWrap® Fabric 240/1200 carbon fabric (bidirectional, 2×2 twill) — 3K yarn

CarbonWrap Fabric 240/1200 is a bidirectional 2×2 twill-weave material with fibres in the 0° and 90° directions, woven from 3K carbon yarn. In the CarbonWrap system it is impregnated and bonded with CarbonWrap Resin epoxy saturating resin for strengthening, repair and seismic retrofitting of reinforced concrete, concrete, masonry and steel structures, and for increasing the load-bearing capacity of brick and timber elements. The fibre strength is at least 4.9 GPa, the modulus of elasticity at least 245 GPa, and the shelf life of the fabric is unlimited.
